Trust & Transparency
Built on verification, not on volume.
Causeway Alliance is a verified community impact platform powered by Ark & Ember. Every organization, business, and initiative on the platform is reviewed before appearing publicly.
Causeway Alliance is not a crowdfunding platform, donation processor, payment processor, fiscal sponsor, or fundraising intermediary.
Causeway Alliance does not collect, hold, transfer, manage, or distribute funds.
Causeway Alliance serves as a visibility, recognition, and impact-reporting platform for approved initiatives operated by participating organizations.
Any financial transactions occur entirely outside of Causeway Alliance and remain under the control of the participating organization and its governing policies.
Shared responsibility: the verified organization owns its initiative, its support destinations, and its outcome reporting. Community Partners support through organization-approved channels. Causeway Alliance verifies, publishes, and recognizes — and never sits in the middle of money.

Verified at the parent organization level. The active initiative is the One-to-One Chromebook Refresh Initiative. All approvals during the pilot are reviewed manually by the Ark & Ember team.
Why trust matters
Communities are asked to support causes constantly. Most of those requests carry no public verification, no clear ownership, and no accountability. Causeway Alliance exists to give a focused community initiative a credible, transparent home — one a superintendent, school board member, business owner, or community leader can point to without hesitation.
Verification is not a badge for its own sake. It is the entire product.
Ark & Ember oversight
Ark & Ember LLC is the parent company and operator of Causeway Alliance. The Ark & Ember team is responsible for verification reviews, initiative publication, partner approvals, and the integrity of the public listings during the pilot. As the platform grows, additional review structures will be added without changing the verification standard.
